About The Role
An agile and fast-growing SEO company, partnered with a performance coaching firm, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power their lead generation and appointment-setting engine. You’ll play a pivotal role in fueling sales growth by booking high-quality meetings for the CEO and refining outreach strategies that turn conversations into closed deals.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, knows the SEO and digital marketing space, and is ready to help shape the sales function of a results-oriented startup.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
Book sales appointments for the CEO and support closing conversations
Track and manage outreach efforts and lead progress in CRM tools
Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and improve targeting
Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion insights
Increase appointment show-up rates through persistent, thoughtful follow-up
Prequalify leads from other lead generation sources
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or outbound lead generation
Proven ability to book qualified meetings and support high-conversion pipelines
Clear, confident communicator with excellent English skills
Resilient, target-driven personality with a strong go-getter mindset
Comfortable navigating rejection and adapting messaging on the fly
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with CRM software (Notion, Google Workspace)
Prior experience working remotely or with international teams
Understanding of AI-enabled sales tools or coaching platforms
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related industries (nice to have)
Success Metrics
Number of qualified leads generated per month
Appointment booking rate and show-up consistency
Conversion rate from meetings to closed deals
