Employment Type: Full-Time, ICA
Schedule: U.S. Business Hours overlap required (MST/PST)
Compensation: $2,200 – $3,000 USD / month (DOE)

About The Company
Our client is an established, high-growth private healthcare and specialized clinical services practice in the United States. They focus on delivering premium, cash-pay rehabilitation and wellness care that helps active adults maintain mobility, recover from pain, and avoid surgery.
The organization has built consistent local demand and is now scaling operations toward its next multi-million-dollar milestone.
They are hiring a full-time Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Strategist to take end-to-end commercial ownership of their paid patient acquisition engine across Meta and Google Ads.
This is a results-driven role for an analytical marketer who approaches growth methodically, treating ad spend not as speculative brand marketing, but as a predictable, data-backed revenue engine.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing & Growth Strategist will lead and execute digital advertising campaigns, creative testing pipelines, and top-of-funnel conversion funnels.
Approximately 50% of the role is focused on hands-on media buying, audience targeting, and campaign optimization across Meta and Google; 30% on direct-response creative strategy, hook generation, and scripting; and 20% on tracking hygiene, funnel conversion reviews, and strategic collaboration with executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will replace unmeasured marketing tactics with disciplined data attribution and testing schedules. You will collaborate with an in-house marketing coordinator and video editor who handles asset production, allowing you to focus on growth strategy, ad spend efficiency, and patient booking volume.
This Includes
Architecting, launching, and managing paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google
Managing and scaling monthly ad spend ($10,000+/month) across core patient offers
Writing compelling video ad hooks, creative briefs, and direct-response scripts
Directing asset production and timelines with an internal video editor
Tracking patient lead flow from initial click through booked clinical consultation
Analyzing cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend
Establishing a rolling 30-60-90 day growth and creative testing roadmap
Leading weekly growth strategy and performance review sessions directly with the CEO
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Paid Advertising & Media Buying
Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and Local Search).
Allocate, pace, and manage a monthly ad budget of $10,000+ USD toward high-converting clinical services and patient offers.
Implement structured retargeting and audience segmentation strategies to convert warm traffic and engaged prospects.
Conduct continuous bid management, localized radius targeting, keyword curation, and negative keyword pruning to maximize spend efficiency.
Monitor ad delivery, cost thresholds, and platform pacing daily to prevent budget waste and creative fatigue.
Creative Strategy, Scripting & Direction
Develop high-converting, direct-response advertising hooks and video scripts designed to engage mature, active adult demographics.
Translate clinical treatments and patient success outcomes into clear, compelling educational ad copy and visual concepts.
Prepare actionable creative briefs and storyboards for the in-house video editor.
Review completed video drafts and creative assets, ensuring tight messaging, strong hooks, clear calls to action, and brand alignment prior to campaign launch.
Maintain a regular weekly testing cadence of new ad variants, angles, and visual formats.
Funnel Conversion & Attribution Hygiene
Audit and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and appointment booking flows to maximize lead-to-consultation conversion rates.
Maintain clean pixel implementations, UTM tracking structures, and conversion events across ad accounts, web assets, and CRM platforms.
Ensure inbound leads and booked consultations are accurately attributed to their originating campaign, keyword, or creative angle.
Identify friction points within the patient intake journey and propose practical, data-backed solutions to improve conversion efficiency.
Performance Analytics, Reporting & Growth Strategy
Track and report on core acquisition metrics: ad spend, cost per lead (CPL), cost per booked consultation, and overall ROAS.
Build and maintain a clear, weekly performance dashboard providing transparent visibility into commercial results.
Lead weekly growth meetings with the CEO, evaluating campaign winners and losers, presenting testing takeaways, and outlining strategic priorities for the upcoming cycle.
Define and execute structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day testing roadmaps that establish predictable patient pipeline volume.
Hard Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns across both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Demonstrated track record managing and optimizing accounts spending at least $10,000+ USD per month in paid media.
Proven experience in local lead generation, appointment-driven businesses, or healthcare/clinic patient acquisition (e.g., cash-pay medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, dental, medspa, or appointment-based local services).
Strong direct-response copywriting skills, with proven ability to script high-converting video hooks and structure persuasive creative briefs.
Working knowledge of digital attribution, conversion pixels, UTM tracking, and CRM lead flows.
Strong numerical literacy and analytical skills; comfortable deriving actionable growth strategies from raw campaign performance data.
Flawless professional written and spoken English, with confidence communicating strategic concepts directly to business owners and executives.
Full-time remote availability (40 hours/week) with reliable working overlap during U.S. Business Hours.

High accountability for spend efficiency and acquisition targets
Clear, concise communicator capable of explaining complex marketing data simply
Highly organized with sharp project management and follow-through discipline
About The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an analytical, business-minded growth strategist who treats digital marketing like an engineering problem. You combine data rigor with an intuitive grasp of what makes people take action.
You do not guess, rely on vanity metrics, or hide behind vague brand impressions. You look at cost per booked appointment, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
You enjoy the tactical discipline of campaign setup and bid management, but you also understand that creative hooks and messaging make or break paid media. You can script an ad, build a testing hypothesis, direct an editor on cuts, interpret analytics, and clearly explain to leadership what levers are driving the numbers.
Why This Role Matters
This role serves as the central growth engine for the clinic’s ongoing expansion. By building a predictable, scalable patient acquisition system on Meta and Google, you will directly replace speculative marketing tactics with a verified pipeline of active patients—directly contributing to the organization’s roadmap toward scaling multi-million-dollar operations.
