Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
Design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns including in-office promotions, digital ads, direct mail, social media, and occasional TV initiatives.
Drive patient acquisition, retention, and treatment acceptance through targeted, data-driven tactics.
Social Media & Content Production
Lead all social media efforts with high proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok—creating highly engaging, native content that builds brand awareness and patient trust.
Capture and produce compelling brand assets including photography, video, and patient success stories (ensuring proper compliance and authorizations).
Digital Footprint & Performance Analytics
Oversee website management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and paid digital acquisition campaigns.
Monitor channel analytics and provide regular performance reports, ROI metrics, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
Community & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong third-party referral partnerships with other medical practices, local community groups, and service providers.
Collaborate directly with practice leaders and the corporate team to ensure marketing initiatives seamlessly support both clinical excellence and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience), alongside 3-5+ years of proven results in campaign development and execution.
Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in growth strategies and content creation specifically for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven marketing, performance tracking, and direct reporting.
Ownership Mentality: A highly proactive self-starter who thrives working independently, troubleshooting problems, and managing budget allocations in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to support our Ohio-based practices remotely, with the flexibility for occasional on-site travel as needed.
Preferred / Nice-to-Haves
Direct healthcare, medical group, or dental marketing experience.
Technical proficiency with advanced local SEO frameworks and Google Ads Manager.
Knowledge and practical use of modern AI tools for content generation and campaign optimization.
Practical multi-media skills, including video editing, graphic design, and professional photography.
Why This Role?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer who wants to escape the bureaucracy of a large agency or corporate department. You will have full creative control and strategic ownership over our entire brand footprint, working directly alongside the executive team to watch your strategies translate directly into community impact and organizational growth.
