Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to own and accelerate our demand generation engine. You’ll build on our strong inbound foundation, drive paid acquisition, amplify word-of-mouth momentum, and explore partnership and influencer channels to supercharge pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to scale inbound and outbound channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms) for maximum ROI.
Leverage existing word-of-mouth referrals: design programs and materials to formalize and amplify organic advocacy.
Identify and cultivate technology partnerships, referral alliances, and influencer collaborations to contribute new leads and pipeline.
Own HubSpot marketing operations: nurture flows, campaign tracking, lead scoring, and attribution reporting.
Coordinate content strategy on WordPress: blogs, landing pages, SEO optimization, and gated assets.
Set and track KPIs: CAC, LTV, and marketing ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and stage-specific campaigns.
Manage team and budgets to efficiently scale initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience with a strong focus on demand generation.
Proven track record scaling paid ads on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or equivalent platforms.
Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, reporting, templates, and CRM integration.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable using data to optimize spend, channel mix, and messaging.
Excellent project management: prioritizing multiple campaigns, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience driving pipeline through technology partnerships and integrations (ATS, CRM, etc.).
Background in influencer or referral marketing programs for professional services or SaaS.
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic SEO best practices.
Experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup environment
