Digital Marketing Manager (Luxury D2C)
The Opportunity
We are a growing luxury brand dedicated to providing an unparalleled direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital growth. This is a crucial role for a full-stack marketer who not only understands our luxury philosophy but is also an analytical, hands-on executor.
The ideal candidate is more like an engineer than a traditional marketer—curious, experimental, and relentlessly focused on a measurable return on investment (ROI). You must possess a comprehensive skillset across all key digital channels and be able to figure things out independently. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is not only a savvy strategist but is also excited to test, learn, and grow our brand with a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a full-stack digital marketing strategy that aligns with our luxury brand positioning and D2C goals.
Manage paid media and PPC campaigns, including media buying and ad optimization, with a focus on driving profitable customer acquisition.
Oversee all email marketing efforts, from building automated flows and segmentation to launching high-impact campaigns that drive revenue and build brand loyalty.
Analysis & Reporting
Take ownership of all tracking and analysis, including proficiency with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing clear insights into campaign performance and ROI.
Design and run A/B tests, applying an experimental mindset to continuously improve results across all channels.
Creative & Content
Contribute a strong eye for design, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva or Photoshop to create compelling branded content.
Leverage AI tools to assist with content creation, while maintaining a high standard for human-grade, polished output. You must be comfortable playing with prompts to achieve superior results, avoiding over-reliance on AI.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce experience is a non-negotiable requirement. We need someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of a brand-first business model.
Skills: A true full-stack digital marketer with experience in email marketing, paid media/PPC, analytics (GA4/GTM), and design.
Mindset: You must be proactive, highly intelligent, and able to figure things out on your own.
Curiosity: A data-oriented and curious individual who loves to test, learn, and optimize.
AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work, with a commitment to producing high-quality, human-level results.
Design Acumen: A keen eye for design, typography, and visual aesthetics.
