The Objective
We are looking for a creative AI video specialist to produce highly engaging, 5- to 10-second Instagram Reels. Your focus will be leveraging cutting-edge AI software to generate, meticulously edit, and deliver 20 to 30 short-form videos designed specifically to maximize viewer retention and achieve viral scale.
Your Daily Workflow
You will kick off your day by scouting Instagram for the latest trends and powerful hooks, using a curated list of target accounts we provide. You will use these daily insights to either elevate proven, winning concepts using AI or develop completely original, high-converting ideas from scratch.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Production: Generate and edit short-form AI content engineered specifically for social media virality.
Advanced Prompting: Operate provided cloud-based ComfyUI workflows using expert-level prompting techniques.
Platform Mastery: Utilize an advanced understanding of specialized AI video platforms, including Kling 3.0 (I2V and motion features), Nano Banana 2.0, Cinema Studio 2.0, and SeeDream.
Multi-Tool Integration: Seamlessly blend outputs from Runway, Luma, Pika, VEO 3.1, Baidu, and Grok-Imagine, knowing exactly when and how to combine them for the highest quality results.
Visual Direction: Implement foundational cinematic techniques—such as composition, framing, and lighting—directly into your AI-generated visuals.
Post-Production: Execute professional-grade post-production in CapCut, focusing on dynamic hooks, seamless transitions, color grading, storytelling, and retention-driven pacing.
Rapid Iteration: Quickly prototype 5 to 10 concepts daily, iterating relentlessly to uncover the most viral angles based on real-time trend analysis.
What You Need to Succeed
A proven portfolio of taking AI-generated content from an initial prompt to a fully polished Instagram Reel.
Exceptional skills in CapCut and short-form editing techniques that manipulate pacing to maximize watch time.
Hands-on, advanced proficiency with multi-tool workflows (Kling, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Runway/Luma/Pika, etc.).
A sharp, intuitive understanding of US-based internet culture, meme formats, and viral hooks.
Fluent English communication and the ability to execute revisions rapidly.
