Remote Customer Support Representative | Multiple Openings
Compensation: $1,400–$2,500 USD/month

We’re currently sourcing REMOTE Customer Support Representatives who are friendly, solutions-focused, and confident communicating with customers. These are active openings with companies looking to hire, so qualified candidates are being reviewed on an ongoing basis. If you’re selected, you’ll work directly with the hiring company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and provide timely, professional support.
- Assist customers through email, phone, chat, or other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex concerns when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update support tickets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and customer-first approach.
- Meet service quality, response time, and performance goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Patient, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations or tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers.
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Help Scout, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Zoho.
- Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other remote communication tools.
