Role Overview

As a Media Sales Executive, your main goal will be driving advertising revenue growth by securing partnerships with businesses eager to connect with our dynamic crafting community. This role is perfect if you excel in results-driven environments and love building lasting client relationships. Importantly you will be selling into both the US and UK markets.

Responsibilities

B2B Client Engagement: Identify and secure new business by selling advertising space across our digital platforms.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close deals, and meet monthly revenue targets.

Relationship Management: Foster strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to offer customised advertising solutions.

Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report sales performance, using insights to optimise revenue.

Qualifications

🔥 Media Sales Experience: Prior experience selling advertising solutions in the US market is essential. The ideal candidate would also have experience selling into the UK.

💕 Relationship-Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.

🧑 Team Player: Strong collaborative abilities within a dynamic team environment.

📝 Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics to enhance sales strategies.

🎉 Creative & Resilient: Capable of adapting quickly to achieve optimal outcomes.

🧶 Crafting Passion: Interest in crafting is advantageous, though not essential—we’re happy to teach you!

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $20,000 base + 100% OTE

Full support provided, including help with building media decks, training on dashboards, and clear guidance on available inventory.
