🧩 About the role
This is a hands-on, design-led marketing role. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team. Expect variety, creativity and plenty of opportunities to make your mark across hotel, pub, events, weddings and more.

🎯 What you’ll be doing
Creating posters, brochures, event flyers and other branded materials in Canva
Supporting seasonal campaigns and festival or event launches
Managing engaging email campaigns that resonate with real people
Updating pages and event listings via WordPress (no coding required)
Assisting with Google Ads and paid social activity
Ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity

💡 What we’re looking for
A sharp eye for design and strong attention to detail
Confidence using Canva, with a willingness to learn new tools
Ideally, some experience in hospitality or a genuine passion for the industry
A proactive and organised approach to juggling multiple projects
Comfort working independently and taking ownership of your output
Experience with WordPress is a bonus

📍 Details
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Remote role with regular communication and collaboration
