Role Overview The Marketing Strategist will run marketing from end to end—bringing in new leads at the top of the funnel, nurturing them through the middle, and converting them at the bottom. The Marketing Strategist will design campaigns, execute them independently, manage full-funnel systems, and collaborate with the CEO for alignment and approvals. This role includes planning, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of all marketing initiatives that support cohort enrollment and partner program growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for AI Monetization cohorts (20 clients per launch) and the AI Partner Program (15 MSPs per month).
Plan and run campaigns across organic social, content marketing, paid advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email nurture.
Create lead magnets, low-ticket offers, nurture campaigns, sales tools, and conversion sequences.
Own the content calendar and asset development across web, email, social, and Partner Program deliverables (toolkits, prompt packs, playbooks, campaigns-in-a-box).
Build and optimize paid advertising strategies targeting ideal MSP segments to increase lead flow and improve ROI.
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates, lower CAC, and increase MRR.
Identify trends, insights, and competitor gaps to guide campaign themes and creative direction.
Execution & Project Management Create campaign ideas, messaging, and marketing assets for final approval by the CEO.
Independently move projects forward, ensuring clarity, organization, and momentum.
Use project management systems (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar) to manage tasks, deadlines, and visibility.
Maintain organized documentation, processes, and communication to support efficient workflows.
Funnel, Automation & Systems Management Manage and optimize customer journeys across leads, cohort clients, and partner program members.
Build and refine ActiveCampaign automations, tags, segmentation, and CRM logic.
Ensure landing pages, funnels, and website content accurately reflect offers and positioning (coordination with web team as needed).
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTMs, dashboards) to track performance and recommend improvements.
Support deliverables for the Partner Program, including new prompt packs, toolkits, and marketing resources.
Thought Leadership & Growth Initiatives Support the CEO’s speaking engagements, webinars, and events with decks, outlines, and follow-up assets.
Coordinate trade show strategies and supporting materials.
Use internal AI tools (e.g., BrainBot) to accelerate content and asset creation.
Contribute to long-term discoverability strategies, including answer-engine optimization for AI search tools.
Qualifications Experience Demonstrated experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Strong background in content marketing, lead generation, nurture funnels, and paid advertising.
Hands-on experience with CRMs and marketing automation, particularly ActiveCampaign.
Experience collaborating with outsourced vendors and understanding funnel-building fundamentals.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, tracking systems, and Excel dashboards.
Skills Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Eleven Labs, Descript, Canva AI).
Strong communication and collaboration skills as a strategic partner to the CEO.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to balance strategic and tactical work.
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver without heavy oversight.
Commitment to proactivity, ownership, innovation, speed, and excellence.
What Success Looks Like Meeting cohort enrollment targets (20 per launch) and partner acquisition goals (15 MSPs per month).
Strong improvements in CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
High-performing integrated campaigns across email, social, paid, partner deliverables, and SMS.
A unified content calendar and strong content marketing infrastructure.
Reduced CEO involvement in execution and improved strategic leverage.
Increased thought leadership visibility and effectiveness of trade show presence.
