About the role
Our client is a U.S.-based medical practice specializing in the treatment of lipedema, operating a destination care model with a growing national patient base. In addition to surgical services, they are expanding into nutritional supplements and a medical membership program that combines education, support, and ongoing care. The organization is entering a high-growth phase with a strong focus on education-driven, social-first marketing to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
They’re looking for a Head of Marketing to fully own and scale the end-to-end marketing function. This role is critical to shaping brand authority, growing community engagement, and building scalable marketing systems across multiple offerings in a regulated healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across surgical services, supplements, and membership programs
Lead social media and community growth across platforms including Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Define messaging frameworks, content pillars, and brand voice aligned with education and medical credibility
Build and manage an outsourced marketing team, establishing workflows, SOPs, and content calendars
Oversee content and video strategy, from planning to distribution and optimization
What You Bring
4–5+ years of experience in a senior marketing or growth leadership role
Proven experience building and scaling marketing systems through teams
Strong background in social-first or community-led growth strategies
Experience in health, wellness, medical, or regulated industries
Ability to operate autonomously with strong ownership and attention to detail
