About the role
Our client is a dynamic, performance-driven team supporting fast-growing DTC e-commerce brands through strategic lifecycle and retention marketing. They specialize in high-converting email and SMS programs that drive engagement, revenue, and long-term customer value.
They’re looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to execute high-performing campaigns and automated flows that engage customers and drive conversions. This role collaborates closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and cross-functional teams to manage retention calendars, write persuasive on-brand copy, ensure flawless QA, and maintain operational precision across all sends.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage retention calendars, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution
• Write persuasive, on-brand email and SMS copy for campaigns and automated flows
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to bring lifecycle campaigns to life
• Conduct thorough QA across creative, functional, and scheduling elements
• Build segmented lists and support data-driven retention strategies
What You Bring
• 4+ years of email marketing and DTC copywriting experience
• Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of campaigns vs. automated flows and retention strategy
• Experience working with Shopify or Shopify-based brands
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach in fast-paced environments
