We’re now expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in South Africa to work directly alongside Nikita Pierce, one of our senior recruitment partners. đź’Ľ About the Role
You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top candidates for Sagan’s U.S. clients across industries such as sales, marketing, tech, finance, and operations.
You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and outreach to screening, interviews, and client coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful global opportunities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different industries
Partner with Nikita and the global recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments
Manage candidate pipelines within the ATS and ensure timely communication
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and updates
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate progress
Promote the Sagan brand across social platforms and professional networks
🎯 What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, and candidate outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working with international teams and time zones
Tech-savvy with experience in ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc.)

Experience recruiting for U.S.-based or remote-first companies
Background in agency or international recruitment
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or digital recruitment marketing
