As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll manage internal systems, build automations, coordinate strategic outreach, and support sales representatives with the data, organization, and visibility they need to close deals.

You’ll be the backbone of sales efficiency β€” ensuring no lead, task, or opportunity slips through the cracks.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities
CRM Ownership (HubSpot preferred)
Maintain and optimize CRM workflows and data quality
Monitor internal email queues
Create drip sequences and automation rules
Build follow-up alerts and task reminders for sales reps
Sales Process Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline flow
Develop system enhancements and automations
Ensure pipeline accuracy and timely movement
Outbound & Outreach Coordination
Support proactive outreach campaigns
Draft and refine sales messaging
Monitor sequence engagement and report insights
Client & Prospect Interaction
Engage with U.S.-based prospects professionally
Support reps with communication, follow-ups, and scheduling
Sales Administration
Assist with reporting, documentation, and communication
Maintain organized sales systems and internal coordination
Data & Reporting
Track KPIs
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Provide leadership with visibility into sales activity

🎯 Requirements
2+ years in Sales Support, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
Hands-on CRM management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Experience supporting U.S. sales teams
Excellent written & spoken English
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused
Strong understanding of follow-up, pipeline flow, and automation logic

⭐ Preferred Experience
Background in outreach coordination, sales messaging, or lead nurturing
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar tools
