POSITION: Property Law Research Associate
Location: Remote – (LATAM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)
Compensation: 1000 to 1400 USD/month, (depending on experience and performance)
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Research county and land records using online databases to verify property details, ownership, and related interests.
* Review and interpret deeds, conveyance documents, and other legal instruments; identify and clarify ownership interests as needed.
* Conduct document-level legal analysis and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues for escalation.
* Synthesize research findings into structured, client-ready reports and internal briefs.
* Maintain organized workpapers, citations, and document versions using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Manage multiple active research tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Work independently and asynchronously with a US-based team; communicate clearly in writing and escalate issues promptly.
