Appointment Setter — US Home Improvement Leads

This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role paid in USD, with a fixed monthly base, a performance bonus on top, and a health and wellness stipend once you’re through your first 90 days.

What You’ll Do:

• Call warm, high-intent leads generated by our clients’ marketing (no cold lists)
• Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book confirmed in-home appointments
• Run confirmation and reschedule follow-ups to keep show rates high
• Keep clean, accurate call notes and appointment records
• Hit daily activity and appointment targets, and review your numbers weekly with a sales coach
• Represent one or more client companies depending on volume and fit

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in South Africa and eligible to work as an independent contractor
• 1+ years in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or a high-volume phone role; US, UK, or Australian client experience is a strong plus
• Clear, confident, neutral English with a natural conversational style
• Comfortable making 150+ dials a day and staying sharp on the last one
• Coachable: you take feedback and apply it the same afternoon
• Available to work US business hours (evening and night shifts in SAST), with occasional US Saturday coverage
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a noise-cancelling headset
• Uncapped fibre or LTE with a backup connection
• Backup power (UPS or inverter) capable of running your setup through a full load-shedding stage — this is non-negotiable
