Job Title: Paid Search Channel Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM or CEE preferred)
Salary Range: 4000 – 5000 USD/month + monthly performance bonus of up to 25%.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
The Paid Search Channel Manager will own the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategy, execution, and optimization with one goal: driving profitable booked jobs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance environments, understands the full journey from keyword to booked appointment, and knows how to scale spend efficiently.
NOTE: This position operates within a connected work environment where the team stays on video throughout the day, enabling spontaneous collaboration, real-time problem-solving, and a strong sense of team cohesion regardless of location.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns centered on high-intent service keywords.
Build account structures that support efficient budget allocation by service category.
Conduct ongoing query mining and implement strong negative keyword strategies.
Create, test, and optimize ad copy and extensions to maximize call and booking volume.
Apply smart bidding strategies aligned to cost-per-booked-job and revenue outcomes.
Analyze performance across device, time, geo, and audience segments.
Collaborate with internal teams on landing page alignment and message match.
Implement and maintain accurate tracking, including GA4, call tracking tools, and offline conversions.
Produce weekly reports highlighting performance insights, tests, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to reduce cost per booked job or improve ROAS while scaling volume.
Strong skills in smart bidding, query analysis, and negative keyword management.
Experience with GA4, call tracking platforms, and CRM-based conversion tracking.
Ability to evaluate funnel performance from click → call/form → booked job.
Experience in home services, local lead generation, or emergency service verticals.
Nice to Haves:
Comfort working with call centers or dispatch teams.
Familiarity with LSAs.
Exposure to tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro.
