Location: Remote (South Africa 🇿🇦 preferred, but open globally)
Salary Range: USD $1,100 – $1,600 per month + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday,

🚀 Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive Outbound Sales Specialist who excels at starting conversations, building rapport, and generating qualified leads. You’ll be reaching out to landowners across the U.S. to discuss leasing opportunities and secure appointments for the acquisition team.

If you love relationship-driven sales, are comfortable making outbound calls, and can manage a pipeline with discipline — this role is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and emails to landowners and property contacts across the U.S.
Build trust and present leasing opportunities in a professional, consultative manner
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business development team
Manage your pipeline and document all activity within the CRM system
Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent outreach
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion rates

🎯 What You’ll Bring
1–3+ years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Excellent English communication skills (clear and confident phone manner)
Proven ability to hit targets and manage high outbound volumes
Strong organization and follow-up habits
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, calling platforms, and spreadsheets
A self-starter attitude — disciplined, reliable, and motivated by results

💡 Nice-to-Haves
Experience in real estate, leasing, or renewable energy industries
Background working with U.S.-based clients or B2B sales
Understanding of U.S. time zones and sales communication etiquette
