POSITION: Fund Operations Associate
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: Up to 2000 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Monitor daily cash movements, wire transfers, and ACH payments across fund accounts.
* Reconcile banking statements, credit cards, and ledger entries against internal systems.
* Coordinate directly with third-party fund administrators on monthly and quarterly deliverables.
* Maintain accurate transaction logs and repository files for active portfolio investments.
* Track incoming investor capital and assist with operational onboarding workflows.
* Resolve routine operational flags and manage vendor documentation workflows.
