Location: Remote (LATAM and South America only)

Salary Range: 1200 – 1600 USD/month

 

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday; 7:00am – 3:00pm (CST)

Position Overview:

 

The Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher is responsible for optimizing the service schedule through high-conversion inbound booking and proactive outbound pipeline generation. This role ensures zero missed alerts and delivers fast, high-quality execution under pressure during low- and high-volume periods alike.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage inbound customer service requests and phone queues using CRM and dispatch software to maintain a minimum 85% booking rate on qualified leads.
Execute proactive outbound phone campaigns to the existing customer base during low-volume hours to fill the upcoming week’s technician schedules.
Provide diplomatic and clear communication to maximize client retention and booking rates.
Follow operational workflows systematically to minimize scheduling errors and maintain dispatch data integrity.
Coordinate secondary brand touchpoints, including responding to high-priority customer notifications and alerts within timely response windows.

 

Qualifications:

 

Prior experience utilizing Service Titan or equivalent home services field software (Jobber, Housecall Pro,etc)
Proven experience in HVAC services, or specialized dispatch environments.
Experience in outbound lead generation, inside sales, or telephonic client retention workflows.
Strong analytical capability to make precise, data-backed operational decisions.
Resilient, autonomous, and self-starting personality capable of maintaining high performance under tight operational timelines.
High-level professional English fluency with an excellent, relationship-friendly verbal tone.

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

Prior experience with home services software like ServiceTitan — nice to have but can be taught on the job.
