Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly operational and execution-focused CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to fully own and manage the company’s CRM workflows, marketing automations, and campaign execution processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments, works independently with minimal oversight, and can quickly execute and optimize marketing workflows across email and SMS channels. The ideal candidate combines strong CRM automation experience with practical marketing knowledge and understands how to improve customer journeys, campaign sequencing, and conversion-focused workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the CRM platform (Adaxis / Go High Level).
Configure, launch, and optimize email and SMS campaigns.
Build and improve workflows, automations, funnels, and customer journeys.
Upload and manage contact lists, segmentation, and campaign organization.
Improve existing campaigns related to customer engagement and conversion initiatives.
Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, and domain health.
Manage drip campaigns, sequencing logic, and workflow timing optimization.
Conduct basic research and list-building to support outreach campaigns.
Handle light inbound communication generated through campaigns when necessary.
Report campaign performance, deliverability metrics, and optimization opportunities to leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level or similar CRM automation platforms.
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and workflow configuration.
Understanding of customer journeys, touchpoints, sequencing, email marketing, and SMS logic.
Experience managing CRM operations in a production environment.
Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, list hygiene).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows independently.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and strong execution mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
Experience with outbound outreach campaigns and list-building.
Background in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing.
Experience working with remote and asynchronous teams.
Familiarity with campaign reporting and CRM analytics.
