POSITION: Client Success Manager
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 2500 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Own day-to-day relationships and account health for 12–15 vacation rental management clients.
* Extract monthly performance data from AgencyAnalytics, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, translating metrics into strategic business insights.
* Host monthly Zoom video calls with US business owners to review performance, provide clear recommendations, and set expectations.
* Translate call outcomes into structured tasks within Basecamp, coordinating with internal SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Design specialists to ensure timely delivery.
* Guide new clients through seamless onboarding from contract signing to kickoff meeting within 5 business days.
* Proactively manage difficult conversations, including navigating down performance months while maintaining client retention.
