Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote – Worldwide. South African applicants welcome.
Compensation: USD 5,250–6,000 per month

Bring senior or lead-level digital marketing experience and a hands-on approach to execution. Work directly on campaigns, audits and optimization, communicate with stakeholders and clients, and help shape a team’s structure where needed. The experience areas below are strong pluses; strong senior digital marketers who are close on hospitality experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and improve digital marketing campaigns.
• Work across paid search, paid media, email, social media, SEO and website audits and optimization.
• Communicate campaign plans, work and results clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute to team leadership and structure where needed.
Qualifications
• Senior or lead-level digital marketing experience with a hands-on execution approach.
• Strong spoken and written communication and ability to work with stakeholders and clients.
Nice to Have
• Hands-on paid search and paid media campaign work.
• Email and social media campaign execution.
• SEO, website audits and optimization.
• Hospitality or hotel digital marketing and familiarity with hotel brand platforms.
