Our international client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Google PPC Manager to join their growing team.

They are open to a part-time or full-time person.

Compensation options are as follows

  • 2 hours per day: R8,000 per month
  • 4 hours per day: R16,000 per month
  • 8 hours per day: R32,000 per month

Our client, a growing and innovative company, is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to drive the performance and growth of their paid advertising efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven, strategic thinker who thrives on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and meet key business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms, and a proven track record in successfully managing and scaling PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Develop, Implement, and Optimize PPC Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Keyword Research and Ad Copy Creation: Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and develop engaging ad copy that enhances click-through rates.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing performance and ROI.
    Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, create regular reports, and provide insights to stakeholders on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing goals and ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in paid advertising, Google algorithms, and market trends to ensure our strategies are always competitive.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ Years of Experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency setting or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with PPC Platforms: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make data-driven decisions, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Certification: Google Ads certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present ideas, strategies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
