We are looking for a Facebook and Google PPC Media Buyer for our international client!
They are open to a part-time or full-time person.
Compensation options are as follows:
2 hours per day: R8,000 per month
4 hours per day: R16,000 per month
8 hours per day: R32,000 per month
About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Facebook and Google Media Buyer to join their remote marketing team. The Online Media Buyer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns to effectively reach the target audience and achieve the company’s online advertising and promotional goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.
Responsibilities:
Digital Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven online media strategies that align with the company’s objectives, target audience, and available budget.
Campaign Planning: Research and identify appropriate online media channels, including display advertising, social media, search engines, and other digital platforms to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
Media Buying: Negotiate and purchase digital media placements, including ad inventory, sponsored content, and other promotional opportunities, while optimizing for cost efficiency and campaign success.
Budget Allocation: Efficiently manage digital media budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated funds.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, leveraging insights to make informed decisions and optimizations to drive better results.
Conversion Tracking: Implement and maintain conversion tracking and attribution models to measure the impact of digital media campaigns on key performance indicators (KPIs).
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the online advertising and media buying landscape.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align messaging and ensure a cohesive and effective online media presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Online Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and programmatic buying.
Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords and the Meta Business Suite.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure advantageous media placements and partnerships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective collaboration with team members.
Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and online consumer behaviour.
Familiarity with online marketing metrics and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
