About the role
We are working on behalf of a leading B2B marketing agency that is looking to strengthen their own brand presence and thought leadership. To support this, they are seeking a talented LinkedIn Marketer to focus exclusively on their internal marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and executing LinkedIn content strategies that showcase the agency’s expertise, culture, and industry authority.
Our client prides themselves on delivering creative, results-driven marketing solutions to an impressive portfolio of B2B clients. As their LinkedIn Marketer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing organic LinkedIn strategies that boost brand presence, foster industry authority, and generate meaningful connections for both the agency and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Craft and implement effective LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2B clients.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with internal content, design, and strategy teams to plan, create, and schedule high-impact LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, thought leadership pieces, and company updates.
Audience Growth & Engagement:
Actively grow and nurture professional LinkedIn communities, focusing on relevant industry audiences, key decision-makers, and potential partners.
Brand Positioning:
Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all LinkedIn activities, ensuring clients are positioned as industry leaders
Community Management:
Engage with followers, monitor comments and conversations, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups to enhance visibility and foster relationships.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform ongoing strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Collaboration:
Liaise closely with account managers, content teams, and clients to ensure LinkedIn efforts align with broader marketing objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience managing LinkedIn marketing strategies, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content for professional audiences.
Excellent understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, algorithm, and best practices.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and make data-informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in client-facing roles.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects at once.
