We are seeking a Social Media VA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is deeply aligned with our Christian mission. This role blends content and social media coordination, community engagement and audience growth into one high-impact position.
You will work closely with the Marketing Team to strengthen the Rise Up Kings and Skylar Lewis brand, grow our audience, and drive meaningful engagement and conversions.
This is a full-time role requiring approximately weekday availability between 8 AM–5 PM CST, including participation in team video huddles and 1:1 meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and short-form video platforms for the Rise Up Kings and Skylar Lewis brands
- Schedule posts across platforms at designated times
- Boost posts daily as directed
- Organize and manage social media assets and content libraries
- Gather and share requested social media metrics and reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all Rise Up Kings and Skylar Lewis social channels
Daily Engagement & Community Management
- Perform daily engagement (liking, commenting, responding) on Rise Up Kings and Skylar Lewis social accounts
- Engage with aligned, like-minded accounts to increase visibility and reach
- Respond to comments and direct messages across all platforms in a timely, professional manner
- Filter and moderate comments daily within Meta platforms
- Support and manage the private Rise Up Kings Facebook Group, including:
- Posting daily prompts and value-driven content
- Driving engagement, conversation, and participation
- Building trust and community
- Strategically guiding members toward offers and sales conversations
Lead Nurture & Conversion Support
- Use social engagement and direct messages to warm leads and direct qualified prospects to the sales team
- Identify conversations and engagement opportunities that can lead to discovery calls or program enrollment
Operations & Team Support
- Track tasks, projects, and follow-ups in Asana
- Attend team huddles, 1:1 meetings, and strategy calls as needed
- Support additional marketing initiatives as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media coordination and support within an online business
- Strong technical skills in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Meta tools, and Google Suite
- Bonus if you have video editing and content creation experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in accountability
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and efficiency
- Passion for faith-based Christian personal development
- Strong alignment with the mission and values of Rise Up Kings
Compensation
This is a full-time role, requiring 40-50 hours per week and compensation is $1,200-1,500/mo depending on experience.
