Rise is a DTC telehealth brand: online medical intake, physician-reviewed, custom-compounded prescription hair loss treatment on a monthly subscription. LegitScript-certified.

We’re hiring someone to run marketing as a business rather than a set of tactics — full ownership of blended CAC, LTV, payback, and channel mix, plus the funnel, the creative engine, retention, and the team.

The core challenge is honest: our product takes about three months to visibly work, and early shedding feels like failure to the customer. Whoever solves acquisition creative, onboarding, and month-3 retention as one problem unlocks the entire growth model.

You’ll need: 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, 2+ leading a function, personal ownership of a DTC subscription P&L, regulated-category experience, real creative judgment, and analytics fluency beyond platform-reported numbers.
