RevSpark Media is a US performance marketing agency running paid acquisition across 50+ clinic locations in the US, with millions in managed ad spend on Meta and Google. Our clients are cash-pay health clinics in two specific worlds: men’s health (testosterone therapy, sexual wellness, energy, GLP-1 weight loss) and women’s hormone and wellness care (hormone balance, weight management, anti-aging). Cold traffic in, booked consultations out.
Here’s what makes this seat hard, and why it pays what it does: these are among the most restricted categories in paid advertising. Hormone claims, weight-loss promises, sexual health language, one careless line gets an ad account flagged or shut down. The copy has to make a 45-year-old man book a testosterone consult, or a woman in perimenopause book a hormone evaluation, while staying inside Meta and Google health policy. Persuasion under constraint is the entire craft. If you’ve done it, or you’re sharp enough to prove you can, this seat was built for you.
What you’ll own: ads, landing pages, email, and SMS across multiple brands in both verticals. Offer design: pricing, guarantees, urgency, the mechanics that make a stranger book a consult at a cash-pay clinic. Funnel teardowns: find the friction, kill it, watch the conversion data tell you if you were right. Creative direction: briefs to designers, UGC and video messaging, reviewing creative before it spends money.
What working here is like: small senior team, fast decisions, direct line to the CMO, and when your angle is better than ours, we run yours. This is our first dedicated strategist role; the person in it shapes how we do creative for every client that comes after.
You, if this is your job: you can’t read an ad without rewriting it in your head. You know (or can figure out fast) why “lose 20 pounds” gets an account flagged and what converts in its place. You see a seven-field lead form on a clinic landing page and know which field to cut first.
Not you: you need a full brief before you can produce, you’d rather execute someone else’s idea than defend your own, or this is a side gig.
Hours: Monday to Friday, US Eastern business hours (approximately 4pm to midnight SAST). This is fixed. Please only apply if this schedule genuinely works for your life long-term.
Pay: $2,000 to $3,000/month USD (approximately R36,000 to R55,000), based on experience.
The application is the interview: no CV. Our screening form has you rewrite a weak men’s health ad, design an offer for a women’s hormone clinic, critique a clinic landing page, and record a 60-90 second Loom. About 20 minutes.
