The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead, manage, and scale our paid marketing engine. This isn’t a brand-only role. This is a performance marketing seat—paid ads, paid funnels, ROI tracking, optimization, and scale.
You’ll manage a team of professional marketers and creatives, ensuring campaigns get launched, monitored, and optimized with precision. You’ll own the budget, the metrics, and the results. If it doesn’t drive leads, you’ll fix it. If it does, you’ll scale it.

What You’ll Actually Do
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals (ads managers, creatives, copywriters, etc.)
Own and scale all paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage campaign budgets, optimize spend, and maximize ROI
Build and refine high-converting funnels for inbound lead generation
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs—own the numbers and act fast on insights
Collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing with revenue goals
Constantly test new strategies, creatives, and channels for growth
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and performance standards are met by your team
You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You…
Have 3–5+ years of paid marketing experience (Google, Meta, LinkedIn required)
Have 2+ years of team management experience, leading skilled professionals
Are hands-on with paid campaigns—you know how to set up, scale, and optimize
Are data-driven, ROI-obsessed, and thrive on metrics
Are comfortable with budgets, dashboards, and fast decisions
Can manage multiple campaigns, projects, and people at once—without dropping balls

Requirements
U.S.-based, fluent English, strong communication skills
3–5+ years in paid digital marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
2+ years in marketing team management (leading professionals, not just freelancers)
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering ROI
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with CRMs, tracking, dashboards, and funnel metrics
