About the job
Our client creates founder-led content for executives to use on LinkedIn and YouTube. They work closely with founders to capture authentic content, then turn it into strategic video and written posts that elevate personal brands and drive business impact. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help streamline operations, manage internal workflows, and serve as a central hub of communication between teams and clients.
Need to have qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency with Notion
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Nice to have qualifications:
– Experience in a client-facing role
– Experience working in a team coordination capacity
– Familiarity with process improvement techniques in project management
Responsibilities:
– Maintain and update client projects within Notion, ensuring accurate task submission, prioritization, and tracking
– Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication via email and responding to client requests
– Coordinate workflow between copywriters, designers, and editors to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines
– Manage onboarding communication with new clients, guiding them through initial setup and expectations
– Update and maintain Notion portals for each client, including task statuses, calendars, and content drafts
– Schedule content posts on clients’ LinkedIn accounts using approved tools and processes
– Send weekly reminders and updates to clients regarding upcoming calls, feedback requests, and content reviews
– Draft weekly content question prompts to guide founders during recordings or planning sessions
– Suggest and implement workflow or tool improvements that increase team efficiency and client satisfaction
– Generate and share regular project status reports, flagging potential risks, delays, or resource gaps
