Compensation
$1,500/month base salary (guaranteed) + $150 for every deal you close (uncapped) + additional bonuses for top performers.

What this role is
This is not a cold calling or outbound role. Our marketing team spends a lot of resources generating warm leads and booking them directly onto your calendar. Your job is to show up on a Zoom video call, run the call, and close.

The right person is incredible at building trust.

Hours and schedule
9AM – 6PM EST (New York City Time)

What you’ll do

Running sales calls using our proven playbook with leads booked for you on your calendar
Confirming upcoming calls with a personal touchpoint (email, message, or Loom) so prospects actually show up
Following up with leads you’ve met who haven’t closed yet
Getting through all emails in your inbox daily
Submitting EOD reports (meetings booked, completed, deals closed, hours worked)
Attending sales team trainings
Submitting invoices every 1st and 15th of the month to get paid
Continuously improving – reviewing calls, practicing scripts, flagging issues, helping evaluate new hires, and having lots of fun!

Performance expectations
The minimum performance target is 1 deal per week. After your first 2 weeks, you must average at least 1 deal per week over your most recent 4 weeks. If you don’t, we part ways. This rule is shared with you before you start, repeated in onboarding, and applied without exception. It keeps everyone on the team performing at a minimum standard and encourages you to grow and continue to develop new skills.
