Help us grow the creators who grow our brand.

We’re a fast-moving Social Commerce company that uses TikTok and other platforms to drive real sales through authentic creator content. To scale our reach, we’re looking for a proactive Affiliate Manager—someone who can recruit creators at volume, manage multiple accounts at once, and keep every campaign running smoothly from product shipment to published video.

What You’ll Do

Grow Our Affiliate Network

You’ll manage 4–5 TikTok affiliate accounts and continually expand our creator community, bringing in up to 1,000 affiliates each month through AI tools, manual sourcing, Euka, or TikTok’s native platform.

Onboard & Support Creators

Approve creators, walk them through onboarding, communicate expectations, and ensure they follow our brand and product guidelines.

Keep Campaigns Moving

Coordinate product shipments, confirm creators receive what they need, and check that their video content meets quality standards before posting.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with marketing, operations, and affiliates to keep communication clear and ensure deliverables stay on track.

Lead Affiliate Casting

Identify strong creator fits for campaigns and support casting efforts for new product pushes or marketing strategies.

Monitor & Improve Performance

Track affiliate engagement, conversions, and results—then optimize campaigns to increase reach and sales.

What You Bring

Experience working with TikTok affiliates or other social commerce platforms
Familiarity with social commerce and e-commerce workflows
Ability to manage several accounts and fast-moving projects at once
Strong communication skills with both creators and internal teams
Experience using Euka or similar tools—or recruiting directly inside TikTok
Understanding of affiliate casting and creator selection
Comfort using e-commerce platforms and digital tools
