Readyhubb is a fast-growing SaaS-enabled marketplace connecting independent beauty professionals with clients. From booking to payments, we help beauty bosses run their businesses in one seamless app. Now, we’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Manager to help scale our user base, manage SEO, and drive performance across paid channels.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to drive app downloads, subscriptions, and bookings
Test new channels, creatives, and audiences to lower CAC and increase ROAS
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
SEO & Organic Growth
Own and execute Readyhubb’s SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
Collaborate on blog content and landing pages to boost search visibility and organic traffic
Conduct keyword research and competitor audits
Marketing Support
Collaborate with design, product, and support teams to align marketing with product launches
Support influencer and UGC campaigns with paid boosts and tracking
Assist with email marketing and user engagement campaigns when needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (bonus if SaaS or marketplace-focused)
Proven experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and SEO performance
Strong analytical skills — you love diving into data to optimize and scale results
Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, and Mixpanel
Experience working with creative teams or building briefs for performance content
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a self-starter mindset
💡 Bonus Points
Experience in the beauty, creator, or gig economy space
Familiarity with app marketing and mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with Webflow/WordPress
