Role Deliverables:
Provide prompt and effective customer support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to meet or exceed their expectations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance processes and procedures.
Project Details:
Duration: Ongoing freelance position with flexible hours.
Reporting: Regular reporting on customer support activities and outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Provide accurate and concise information to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software is preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
