About the Role:

Promoshin is on the hunt for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our enchanting team as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will dive into the magical world of employee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and administration. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working with confidential potions and spells.

Responsibilities:

-Crafting spellbinding job adverts and sifting through resumes like you’re searching for treasure!

-Conducting pre-screening interviews, presenting candidate shortlists to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer negotiation process.

-Providing an enchanting candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring all candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging communications.

-Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and to make data-driven decisions.

-Staying abreast of recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices, and promoting the – Promoshin brand both in the wizarding and muggle world.

Qualifications:

-At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.

-Demonstrated experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.

-Communication skills so strong, they could lift a building!

-High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.

-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.

-Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
