Setter

We’re looking for a motivated Setter to join our team! Your role will be to manage inboxes, engage leads, and set appointments. If you’re proactive, organized, and fluent in English, this is for you.

💼 Role & Responsibilities:
– Manage and respond to inbox messages in a professional manner
– Engage leads and build rapport through clear communication
– Set appointments and ensure smooth scheduling
– Work closely with the team to optimize outreach processes
🕑 Hours:
Monday – Friday
11:00 – 19:00 South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
Fully remote
💵 Compensation:
$4 USD/hour
Performance bonuses for each appointment successfully set
✅ Requirements:
– Strong written and spoken English fluency
– Reliable internet connection and remote working setup
– Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
🎓 Training:
Full training provided – sales experience preferred but no prior experience required, just the right mindset!
