SDR / Appointment Setter – Warm Inbound Leads
We are a fast-growing marketing company managing lead generation for nearly 70 clients. We currently have 5 SDRs on the team and are looking for a 6th full-time appointment setter.
This is not cold outreach. You will be calling warm inbound leads who have come through Facebook ads and requested information.
Your job will be to contact leads quickly, follow up consistently using our cadence, qualify them, update the CRM properly, and book appointments for our clients.
We use GoHighLevel / GHL to manage leads, pipelines, follow-ups, and appointment booking. We also use Slack for team communication, daily updates, questions, and reporting.
Experience with GHL and Slack is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Role Details:
Full-time position
6 days per week
40+ hours per week
Must be available during US Eastern and/or Pacific time zones
$650 USD/month base pay
$15 USD per valid appointment booked
Full training provided
We work with offers targeted toward an older demographic, so you must speak clearly, calmly, and slowly. Strong English communication is required.
You must be:
Confident on the phone
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Good at following a process
Organized with CRM updates and follow-ups
Able to use or quickly learn GoHighLevel / GHL
Comfortable communicating with the team in Slack
Patient and professional when speaking with older prospects
Motivated by performance-based pay
A valid appointment means the prospect meets the basic qualification criteria, understands the appointment, and has a genuine interest in speaking with the client.
