IT Consultant (Client Communication Specialist) – Remote (US Time Zone)

We are a rapidly growing IT consulting startup based in Miami, Florida, seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant / Client Communication Specialist to support direct communication with our international clients.

This role is primarily focused on client-facing communication, ensuring smooth, professional, and natural interactions with native English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
– Communicate directly with clients in clear, fluent, and natural English
– Participate in brief daily client or internal check-ins (approx. 1 hour/day)
– Translate technical discussions into simple, client-friendly language
– Coordinate with internal technical teams when needed
– Maintain a professional and responsive communication style across time zones

Requirements
– C1+ level English proficiency (native or near-native fluency required)
– Strong verbal communication skills with ability to engage native English speakers naturally
– Basic understanding of software engineering or IT concepts (no deep coding required)
– Prior experience in client-facing, consulting, or support roles is a plus
– Comfortable working remotely in a US time zone schedule
– Strong professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity in communication

Nice to Have
– Background in IT consulting, SaaS, or software development environments
– Experience working with US or international clients
– Familiarity with Agile / tech team workflows

Compensation
– Starting at $10,000 USD/month (based on ~1 hour/day commitment)
– Compensation may increase depending on workload and performance
