We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) / Appointment Setter to help follow up with real estate and mortgage related leads throughout the United States.
This role will involve speaking with homeowners, prospective home buyers, mortgage prospects, seller leads, listing leads, webform inquiries, and past prospects. Calls may be made on behalf of OM Mortgage or Sklar Realty Group depending on the lead source and campaign.
Responsibilities:
Call inbound and warm leads
Follow up with listing leads, seller leads, mortgage leads, and webform inquiries
Build rapport and qualify prospects
Gather information regarding goals, timeline, and motivation
Set appointments for licensed real estate and mortgage professionals
Update CRM notes and lead statuses accurately
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Experience speaking with homeowners, prospective home buyers, mortgage prospects, or real estate leads is highly preferred
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance bonuses. We are looking for someone interested in a long term opportunity with room for growth as our business continues to expand.
