We’re hiring a confident and detail-oriented team member who will focus on identifying and securing rental property opportunities by reaching out to homeowners and landlords. Your role is to build relationships, explain our rental partnership model, and qualify properties for leasing consideration.

This position is perfect for someone who is part communicator, part researcher, and part closer — able to connect with people over the phone and explain complex ideas simply.

🕒 Schedule & Compensation
Time Zone: Eastern Time (New Jersey-based team)
Initial Training Schedule: Thursday – Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM ET
Regular Schedule: Saturday – Tuesday, 8–10 hours per shift
Rate: $4/hour to start, with opportunities for growth based on performance

🧩 Your Responsibilities
📞 Outbound Communications
Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners
Use provided scripts and customize as needed for engagement
Build rapport with homeowners, explain leasing benefits, and answer objections
Maintain a friendly, professional tone in every interaction
🏠 Lead Generation & Property Research
Use online tools and platforms to research potential rental properties
Qualify leads based on location, condition, and homeowner interest
Enter lead data into tracking systems and CRM tools
📋 Coordination & Admin
Schedule follow-ups and virtual appointments
Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in Monday.com
Suggest improvements to scripts and outreach strategies
Report weekly on lead performance and progress

🔧 Ongoing Tasks
Help document and refine property acquisition processes (SOPs)
Share insights from homeowner calls to improve team success
Identify ways to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads

✅ What We’re Looking For
Soft Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, empathetic, and persuasive communicator
Critical thinker with a proactive attitude — not just a task taker
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Friendly, professional demeanor with a solutions mindset
Experience:
1+ year in outbound calling, leasing, real estate, or sales
Experience with U.S.-based clients or real estate a strong plus
Background in customer-facing roles preferred
Tools & Software (Required or Preferred):
CRM & task tracking: Monday.com (required)
Docs & sheets: Google Workspace
Document tools: DocHub or similar e-signature platforms
Video conferencing: Zoom
VOIP platforms (OpenPhone or similar)

Nova’s Nests is a growing corporate rental company providing high-quality furnished housing for traveling professionals, relocating families, and corporate clients. Unlike short-term rentals, our minimum stay is one month, and our average guest stays about three months or more. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including owned units, cohosted units, and rental arbitrage homes. We are a fast-paced, mission-driven team that values clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a sense of ownership.
