About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level, performance-driven Senior Manager Digital Marketing with 8- 10 years of B2B experience to lead and optimize our digital channels. This role focuses on strategy, execution, optimization, and performance scaling — translating broader marketing and campaign strategy into high-performing digital programs.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
Define and lead the digital marketing strategy, SEO/AI search strategy, aligning channel mix and roadmap with business and revenue goals.
Track market and digital trends, recommending new channels and approaches when they are appropriate and high impact.
Set and manage KPIs and budgets across channels, using data to optimize acquisition, retention, and overall ROI.
Digital Channel Execution & Optimization
Execute digital initiatives in alignment with integrated campaign strategy.
Own performance and optimization across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Google), display, retargeting, and SEO.
Manage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and deliver insights that improve AI-engine share of voice and rankings.
Manage digital budgets and allocate spending based on performance and ROI.
Manage external agencies or vendors supporting paid media or SEO initiatives.
Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, creative testing, and landing page performance.
Demand Capture & Conversion Optimization
Optimize digital programs to increase lead volume and quality.
Drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Maintain dashboards tracking digital performance, funnel progression, and ROI.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Analyze campaign-level results and recommend improvements based on performance data.
Marketing Technology & Systems
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agencies to design, optimize, and evaluate marketing automation workflows that advance digital acquisition strategy.
Ensure CRM and marketing automation systems are properly integrated for attribution tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure digital execution aligns with messaging and target personas.
Work with content and creative to ensure assets are optimized for digital channels.
Experiences and Skills
8 -10 years of B2B progressive digital marketing experience with a strong focus on execution and optimization.
Demonstrated success managing paid media budgets and improving performance metrics.
Strong understanding of long B2B sales cycles and multi-touch attribution models.
Effectively managed external digital agencies, resulting in a measurable improvement in campaign performance and ROI.
Hands-on experience with:
Paid search and paid social (especially LinkedIn)
SEO and conversion rate optimization
Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, 6Sense)
Google Analytics and reporting tools
Generative Engine Optimization strategies
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.
Strong collaboration skills; comfortable operating within cross-functional campaign structures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills; comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and working with senior leaders.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is highly advantageous
Experience in financial services or regulatory technology markets preferred.
