Real Estate Property Management Assistant (Remote)

MagaHire is currently hiring a Real Estate Property Management Assistant for one of our U.S.-based clients. We’re looking for an experienced and reliable professional who can provide day-to-day support with property management operations and communicate confidently with tenants, vendors, and property managers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using property management software such as AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar platforms. Strong English communication skills are important, as the role involves handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, following up with vendors, updating property records, and assisting with general property management tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous property management experience
✔ Experience with AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar software
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✔ Experience with tenant communication and maintenance coordination
✔ Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
✔ Able to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
✔ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
✔ Experience with U.S. properties is a strong advantage

💻 Full-Time Remote Position
🕘 Monday–Friday | EST Schedule
💵 Weekly Pay
