Dispatcher – Appliance Repair

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our appliance repair team. This is a remote part-time position with the opportunity to move to full-time based on performance and workload.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls

• Schedule and create appointments

• Work with Housecall Pro

• Follow up with customers and confirm appointments

• Reschedule appointments when needed

• Coordinate parts installation appointments

• Communicate with technicians and customers

• Follow company call scripts and procedures

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appliance repair dispatching or a similar service business

• Excellent spoken English

• American-sounding accent or very natural American English pronunciation

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Experience with Housecall Pro is a strong advantage

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Availability for a consistent part-time schedule
