Woww is evolving into a non-founder led, world class sales team, and are looking for someone who can assist the Lead Strategist and support clients as they onboard into their ecosystem. The Junior Digital Strategist supports the Lead Strategist by turning strategy into clear, accurate, and timely action.
Candidates who are naturally hard-working, produce polished work, and consistently follow through on commitments will thrive in this environment. This is a hands on, learning focused role, perfect for someone starting out. You’ll work closely with our lead strategists who will handle calls and strategy, while you own all the process, communication, and follow through that turns interest into signed deals and growth for our team and clients
This role creates the foundation for a smooth and effective sales process while giving the Lead Strategist the space to focus on high-level strategy and business growth.Main Outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Process Support
Support the Lead Strategist by managing documentation, process updates, and onboarding handovers.
Ensure the Woww sales process runs smoothly from first contact through to onboarding.
Proposal Preparation
Prepare and quality-check client proposals using Woww templates and systems.
Ensure proposals are accurate, well presented, and ready to send within the required timelines.
Client Communication
Coordinate client communication and scheduling using tools such as Calendly.
Manage post-call follow-ups and ensure potential clients are guided clearly through the process.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM.
Ensure leads are captured, responded to quickly, and moved through the pipeline efficiently.
Client Experience
Help create a professional and supportive experience for prospective clients.
Assist in crafting solutions that align client needs with Woww’s services.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
EducationPostgraduate degree or equivalent (Marketing or related field preferred)
Experience
0–18 months experience in marketing, operations, or digital environments
Personal Attributes
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Reliable, proactive, and naturally accountable.
Curious and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
