Key Responsibilities
Live Chat Management:
Respond professionally to all live-chat inquiries.
Engage with potential customers to gather contact information and assess their needs.
Transition live chat conversations into opportunities for sales calls.
Sales Calls:
Conduct sales calls with leads generated from live chat interactions.
Manage inbound sales calls from the office phone line.
Handle scheduled sales calls with potential customers who book appointments.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong rapport with potential customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
Maintain a customer-centric approach while achieving sales targets.
Administrative Tasks:
Accurately record customer interactions, contact information, and sales outcomes in
the CRM system.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and improve processes.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of phone-based sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting
or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using CRM software and live chat tools.
Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to professional phone and video interactions.
Preferred Attributes
Previous experience in a remote sales role.
Knowledge or interest in the travel industry.
Familiarity with live chat platforms and virtual call-handling systems.
