Legacy Growth Consulting is currently seeking a high-performing Virtual Assistant to support one of our dynamic clients in the personal development and coaching space.

We work with multiple brands and entrepreneurs — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with a fast-moving, impact-driven team.

About the Role

This VA role is focused on admin, social media, and content creation — and ideal for someone who is creative, organized, resourceful, and ready to help us scale to 100k+ followers on Instagram by year-end.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team and supporting an exciting coaching offer. Our backend CRM is GoHighLevel, so experience there is a major bonus.

Responsibilities
•    Admin support + light project management
•    Social media scheduling, repurposing, and content coordination
•    Uploading and managing assets inside GoHighLevel
•    Assisting with lead follow-up and light CRM tasks
•    Staying organized, communicative, and proactive

Requirements
•    1+ year VA experience (preferred) in social media management
•    Strong communication and time management skills
•    Creative thinker with a good design/content eye for Instagram/Tiktok
•    Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
•    Bonus: experience in coaching/personal brand spaces
