Role Summary

The QA Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating tests to ensure the quality and reliability of both application functionality and data integrations. This role covers end-to-end testing across websites, ERP, and downstream systems, with a particular focus on validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations. The specialist will also implement and maintain test automation to drive efficiency and coverage.

You will ensure that all new functionality, system changes, and data flows meet Le Creuset’s high-quality standards. As an advocate for QA best practices, you will champion consistent processes, comprehensive test coverage, and effective reporting. Testing activities will include functional, regression, data validation, and smoke testing, with a goal of proactively identifying issues, supporting defect resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of the QA function.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for both functional and data/ETL testing.
Implement and maintain test automation to increase coverage and efficiency, following best practices and standards.
Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Execute Performance tests like Capacity, Load, Volume etc
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to identify test requirements and clarify specifications.
Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, providing clear documentation and follow-up.
Execute testing across multiple layers – Database, ETL pipelines, API, and UI.
Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing to ensure stability of applications and data flows.
Continuously update automation scripts and test assets to align with system enhancements and new releases.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years ERP experience, mainly D365 or other ERP (i.e NAV, SAP)
3+ years ECOM experience, mainly SFCC or other ECOM platforms
3+ years experience of SQL or similar database testing
3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on ETL and data-centric testing with Strong SQL skills for data validation and query development.
Good test automation scripting skills, in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Jmeter etc.
Working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
We are expecting that the candidate will have, as a minimum a Degree or equivalent
ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level certification or relevant experience
