KSTN Digital

KSTN Digital is a UK-based marketing technology consultancy. We build AI-powered patient acquisition systems for dental and healthcare practices — generating leads through Google Ads, SEO, and AI tools, then converting them into booked consultations. Our clients include cosmetic, implant, and family dental practices across London and the South East.

We’re hiring a Sales & Growth Assistant to sit at the centre of our lead-to-booking pipeline. You’ll call inbound patient leads, follow up on enquiries, manage our CRM, support outbound campaigns, and handle day-to-day growth operations across multiple clients.

The leads are warm — they’ve raised their hand. Your job is to convert that interest into action before it cools. But you’ll also help us grow the pipeline itself — managing LinkedIn outreach, triaging cold email replies, and keeping our systems clean and current.

About the role
This is a foundational hire. You’ll be the first patient-facing team member at KSTN, working across multiple UK dental practice clients. You’ll be employed by KSTN but represent our clients on calls — patients will know you as the practice (e.g. “Hi, this is [your name] calling from [practice name]”). This is standard outsourced patient liaison work and is fully authorised by each practice.

The role is remote, full-time, UK business hours, and based in South Africa. We chose South Africa specifically for the strong English fluency, neutral accent that British patients are comfortable with, and shared timezone alignment with the UK.

What you’ll do
Lead response (~60% of your time)

Call inbound dental leads within minutes of them enquiring (web forms, Google Ads, phone enquiries)
Build rapport, qualify the lead (treatment interest, timeline, budget, location, suitability)
Book qualified leads into consultations with the practice
Follow up persistently and professionally on missed calls and undecided leads — most leads need 3–6 touchpoints across calls, emails, and messages
Keep our CRM (Airtable) accurate: every call logged, every outcome tagged, every follow-up scheduled
Reply to inbound emails and messages from leads who prefer text-based contact
Flag clinical questions to the practice — you’re not the clinician, you’re the warm front door

Outbound & growth support (~20% of your time)

Manage LinkedIn outreach for our B2B campaigns — connection requests, follow-up messages, profile engagement
Triage and reply to cold email campaign responses
Confirm demo and sales call bookings
Light prospect research and CRM data hygiene

Operations support (~20% of your time)

Support our content team with coordination tasks — uploading content, chasing approvals, scheduling posts
General admin and operational tasks as the business grows
Help maintain our systems — flagging broken workflows, updating records, keeping things running smoothly

What we’re looking for

2+ years of UK-facing voice experience — call centre, telesales, customer service, BPO, or similar.
Must be comfortable on the phone and with UK accents.
Neutral, clear English accent comfortable to British listeners. Most South African accents are well suited; we’ll assess this in your audition recording.
Strong instruction-following — you read briefs carefully and execute them as written, every time
Comfortable context-switching — you’ll work across multiple clients and task types in a single day, guided by a structured daily schedule
Resilient on the phone — voicemails, hang-ups and “not interested” don’t drain your energy
Comfortable making 20–40 outbound calls per day at peak
Solid written English — emails, LinkedIn messages, and DMs need to read professionally
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, professional headset
Self-directed during your shift — you follow your daily schedule, flag blockers, and don’t need micromanagement to stay on task

Preferred (not required)
Dental, medical, or aesthetic clinic experience
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Salesforce, etc.)
LinkedIn outreach or social selling experience
Familiarity with practice management or booking software (Calendly, Dentally, Software of Excellence, Cliniko)

Compensation
Base salary: R22,000–28,000 per month (full-time, 40 hours/week), depending on experience
Commission (paid monthly in addition to base):£5 per attended patient consultation booked
£5 per attended demo/sales call booked
Bonus commission on closed agency clients — details discussed at interview, but expect meaningfully higher payouts when your work directly contributes to new business wins
Equipment stipend after 3 months
Paid monthly via Wise / Payoneer (method to be confirmed at offer stage)

Hours
40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
UK business hours (9:00–17:00 GMT/BST)
SAST equivalent: 11:00–19:00 in UK winter, 10:00–18:00 in UK summer
No weekend or evening work

Why work with KSTN
KSTN is small, fast-moving, and serious about doing this right. You’ll work directly with the founder. Training is structured and hands-on for your first month — daily call reviews, scripts you can lean on, and a clear feedback loop. We invest in our team because we want you to stay and grow with us. As we sign more clients, this role grows with us — to senior, to team lead, to managing a small team of your own.

As we sign more clients, your earning potential grows with us — the commission structure is designed to reward you directly as the business scales.

How to apply
Please follow these instructions exactly. Applications that don’t follow them won’t be reviewed.

In your application message, include all of the following:

1. First line of your message must read exactly:

“I read the full job description and I’m applying for the Sales & Growth Assistant role. – [Your Full Name]”

2. Then answer these three questions briefly (200 words max each):

a) What’s your previous UK-facing voice experience? Briefly describe the role and what you did.

b) Why does this role appeal to you specifically — not just any remote job?

c) Tell us about the most challenging call you’ve ever handled. What was it, and how did you handle it?

3. A link to a 90-second voice recording (upload to Google Drive, Dropbox or Vocaroo and share a public link). The recording must contain all three of the following, in order:

Part A — 30 seconds: Read this script aloud as if calling a patient who just enquired about dental implants:

“Hi [Name], this is [your name] calling from Bradstowe Dental Practice — you submitted an enquiry on the website about dental implants. Is now a good time for a quick chat? Brilliant — I’d love to learn a bit about what you’re looking for so we can match you with the right consultation. To start with, could you tell me what’s prompted you to look into this?”
Part B — 30 seconds: Now leave a voicemail as if the same patient didn’t pick up. Use your own words.
Part C — 30 seconds: Tell us briefly about yourself in your own words — who you are, the kind of work you enjoy, and why this role appeals.
4. CV attached.

We review applications within 5 working days. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute video interview.
