About Us:
KeyCommerce is a digital marketing agency helping ecommerce stores profitably scale using Google Ads & Meta Ads. Our YouTube channel has over 2 million organic views, and most of our clients come through warm inbound leads who already trust us. We’re not here to “close” clients — we’re here to advise, support, and grow alongside them.
About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone who’s been in an Account Manager, Account Director, or Client Success position — someone who understands the inner workings of paid ads and ecommerce, and knows how to build trust with store owners looking for help.
Your job is to guide warm leads (people who’ve watched our YouTube, filled out a form, or booked a call) to the right service, answer their questions clearly, and hand them off to our service delivery team once they’re onboard.
You’ll also lead our community, optimize our sales funnel, and report back weekly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Take warm inbound sales calls with ecommerce store owners
Guide leads to the right service based on their goals and challenges
Respond to emails and questions from leads
Brief the delivery team after the sale to ensure a smooth handoff
Analyze and improve the funnel: What’s working? What’s not?
Report weekly sales and funnel performance metrics to the CEO
Lead our KeyCom Academy community (Skool)
Represent our brand with authority, clarity, and integrity
Requirements:
Experience managing ecommerce or agency clients
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ecommerce growth
Great communicator who can build rapport quickly
Comfortable answering questions about strategy, pricing, and process
A background in account management, not just selling
Not afraid of jumping into calls, emails, and communities to move things forward
High attention to detail — you follow up, take notes, and make things happen

People new to ecommerce or paid media
